Our freshly renovated, modern style dining room is a prime location for hosting all types of events. Wedding Receptions, Anniversary Celebrations, Christmas Parties, Business Meetings, Corporate Retreats, Celebrations of Life, Tournaments and more – all year round, you name it. Our facilities, exceptional staff team, exquisite attention to detail, and dedication to a great experience will make your event booking with us a breeze!
We include room set up and tear down, bar services, new sound system, AV equipment, table linens & more in our venue rental packages. See our rental pricing below!

Our Room Rentals & Rates
Each of our room rental packages include the following;
- Room Set Up & Tear Down – we set up the dining room and clean up so you can enjoy & attend your event!
- Table Linens & Podium – elevating your event atmosphere with an elegant touch.
- AV Equipment; microphone (medium & large room), smart TV’s, HDMI, upgraded sound system – creating an engaging experience for your guests and attendees.
- Coffee, Juice & Tea Station – a complimentary and refreshing touch for guests.
- Bar Services – our front of house team staff available to accommodate & serve you!
- Additional Items; decorative easels for displays, interactive portable easel with post it paper, centerpieces & tealight candles for decorative touches (optional).
Our room package rates begin with a rental time of 4 hours starting from your event start time. An hourly rate of $100/hour will be applied to each base rate when the event exceeds 4 hours. Excluding the “Day Long Deal” (see below).
(I.e. event starts at 2:00 PM and will be over by 7:00 PM for medium room rental, is $600 – $500 base rate + $100/extra hour)
Small Room starting at $250 – Max 35 people
Our extended dining area closed with our retaining wall. Ideal for small corporate retreats, board meetings, small celebration, or any event suited for a smaller group setting. Rental time is 4 hours from event start time. Hourly rates apply after 4 hours.
Medium Room starting at $500 – Max 90 people
Our main dining area. Ideal for larger events, such as Celebrations of Life, Larger Corporate Retreats, etc. Rental time is 4 hours from event start time. Hourly rates apply after 4 hours.
Large Room starting at $750 – Max 160 people
Our main dining area and extended room combined, with retaining wall open. Ideal for Wedding Receptions, Celebrations of Life, Anniversary Parties, etc., needing the full main dining room to hold a larger amount of guests. If you’re looking for an open floor space for mingling/dancing, a maximum of 130-140 would allow a more comfortable space to do so. Rental time is 4 hours from event start time. Hourly rates apply after 4 hours.
Large Room: Day Long Deal for $1000 all in – NO hourly rates apply!
For those who want an entire day rental with no time limitations or hourly rates – Keep the mingling and the good times rolling all day for your Christmas Party, Wedding Reception or day long Corporate Retreat.
All events hosted at the Lacombe Golf & Country Club must be catered by our culinary team, with our Chef’s seasonal banquet and catering menu selections. Whether it’s for your continental hot breakfast, a casual style lunch, or the full dining experience, we’ve got you! Cakes are an exception – please feel free to bring your own cake for a personal touch for your special occasion.
